My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. While I really enjoyed the hotel environment and the comfortable atmosphere, I was disappointed with the quality of service and the cleanliness of the room. Overall, it was a mix of comfort and dissatisfaction.

The Novotel Avista in Kata offers decent accommodations at an attractive price, especially during the low season. While the rooms are spacious and comfortable, some aspects like the dining and location can be a bit challenging. The pool area is quite nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful, but expect an uphill trek to reach the beach and nearby restaurants.

My husband and I had an unforgettable time celebrating our anniversary at this hotel! The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were top-notch, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and a fantastic spa experience. The only downside was that the beach was a bit further than expected, but the hotel’s atmosphere more than compensated for it.
