the receptionist yok was excellent, she was very helpful. the hotel is family-friendly too, it is great for children.

Mixed experience. Some disappointments
small gymtasteless buffet
The gym was small and felt quite inadequate, it barely had usable equipment. i found only one old decathlon bench and a nearly broken decathlon station. The dumbbells were old and mismatched. it really wasn't possible to have a proper training session there. also, the breakfast buffet wasn't good. It had little taste. this was a real disappointment .

The staff are helpful and friendly, especially Bee and Noon at reception. Apple in the dining area greeted us daily with kindness. She helped at dinner, suggesting delicious menu options. The food was AMAZING!!!
The hotel sometimes overcomplicates things. I noticed you cannot order certain drinks from specific bars. You must go to another location, though it's nearby.
